Lose weight. Exercise regularly. Give up fast food. Stop biting your nails. If you're like most teens, these are the recurring promises you make and break each year. After the season for indulgence comes the time for turning over a new leaf. We swear to quit our bad habits and replace them with vegetables. The only saving grace is that everyone else is making those same promises and having the same tough time keeping them.
