Did you know that American teenagers are among the sleepiest people in the world? It's probably not news to you, but asking a high-school student to absorb and understand facts and figures at 7:00 a.m. is like asking their parents to function at work at 3:00 a.m. It's not that you're lazy when you can't get up in the morning. It's totally the fault of the circadian rhythm of your biological clock.

8/9!! yaey! But I only get to sleep for like 4-5 hours because I have a problem where I have to try to go to sleep for like 3 hours. idk why

I sleep just fine. I go to bed at nine and fall asleep within 10 minutes and get up at around 6:30 a.m. and am only sleepless when someone close to me dies or something or if i'm sick.I'll get up like 5x.

I have never slept more than 4-5 hours a night, but I'm never tired.

no teen actually sleeps that much!! I'm lucky if I get to bed before 1am! And I get up at 5 sometimes even 4!

Wow i guess i'm a bad sleeper... i get bout 7 full hours of zzz each night. maybe cuz my sister cries like a baby at night...
