Hi, girls! I'm Mary, and I've worked in schools and classrooms for the past 15 years teaching girls just like you about puberty, menstruation, health issues, and AIDS/HIV. I've also worked as an expert on BeingGirl.com to help answer your questions and make sure the site is giving you accurate health information that you can trust.

You know, I have quite a similar problem. My face gets ridiculously red and hot/ itchy whenever I break a sweat. I am very very active so this really poses a problem to me in my daily life.
