Can some1 help me

2day we had 2 run da mile in p.e. and i did really good but i pushed myself waaaaaaay to hard now all my muscles are in pain and it hurts 2 walk if u now how 2 make me muscles feel better PLEASE tell me!!!

well,if u havnt told ur mom/dad yet,you should. They need to know so that they can get u pads/tampons,and i saw ur other comment and since ur purse broke here are a couple places to put ur pads:

Locker,pockets,bra(ik weird but :P) shoe,(weird),and maybe just like a tiny little wallet or something like that

Well,yesterday and today ive been having horrible cramps,and today i had to stay home from school i felt like puking and my stomach (its like right on my belly button or lower) hurts sooo bad i just wanna curl up and cry!
And i have also had alot of discharge and when i went to the bathroom there was just like a drop of blood as small as 1/4 of my fingernail

so idk really :S
