Dear Jessica,
I really wish I knew the answer as to why girls can be so difficult. It is really showing their own insecurity because there are so many changes going on in their lives. No one feels very confident enough about themselves. Fortunately, most adult women are very good to each other. You will have that good experience as you become an adult.
