I have developed breasts and I have had white discharge in my undies and I have been kind of more sensitive about little things does that mean that I will start my period soon?

You are definitely going through puberty, but when your period will arrive is still a guess. Breast development, hair under your arms and in your pubic area, a growth spurt and a white/clear vaginal discharge are all signs that your body is maturing.
