... we do suggest that it is a good idea to wait to use tampons until you have a regular cycle and understand your flow. Tave a better idea of the correct absorbency for your flow, which is the lowest absorbency necessary for you to change the tampon in 4 to 8 hours...

You do not use a tampon for discharge...only for menstrual fluid when you have your period! Use an Alldays pantiliner if you are having a discharge that makes you uncomfortably damp?

Usually moderate exercise is good for this type of cramp. To prevent mild to moderate cramps, try taking pain medication that contains ibuprofen.

Whenever someone tells me they have a discharge from their breasts I suggest that they see or call their doctor.
