I am 16 years old. My periods are quite heavy, so I use Super Plus absorbency Tampax. Is it normal to get such heavy flow?

Each female is unique. If you can wear a super plus tampon for more than an hour or two without leaking, and your period is less than 8 days long, you are fine. But I do think you need to discuss this with your doctor/healthcare provider at your next exam.
