Sniff sniff. Find out what causes body odor.
Most boys and girls start to develop body odor during puberty. Body odor is produced by germs that grow in particularly moist areas of the skin, such as the armpit.
Sweating isn't bad for you; it's your body's way of cleaning itself and keeping it cool. This is why you sweat when you have a fever or when you're playing sports. Your glands may also go into overdrive when you're ovulating, or when you're nervous or excited. This is why you may sweat when you're up in front of your class giving a speech! Don't worry. It's normal.
