Hello,

This may sound silly, but I was wondering: Can you can wear a tampon for up to eight hours then replace it with a new one immediately?

Thank you.

Kat

Dear Kat,

Yes, you can insert a fresh tampon after using a tampon that has been in place the previous eight hours of the day. You can use tampon protection all day. However, if you sleep more than eight hours, you need to use a pad during the night.

Good luck,

when u first use a tampon u will feel it for a few minutes but afterwards it doesn't hurt and the first time u take it out it might hurt a little when u take it out because your Vallery will have been expanded and you haven't ever put anything up there

navyGURL:) Don't be afraid to use a tampon. They are really comfy as long as you put it in far enough. Just follow the directions that come with the tampons on how to put them in. There's nothing to worry about. :) Hope this helps!
