Dear BeingGirl Experts, I know this isn't a question, but this is for all of those girls who are afraid of carrying purses to the bathroom and are concerned they might start at school. At my school, in order to go to the bathroom we have to carry our agendas (they are about the size of a magazine for us) so what I have done for my period is put the agenda in a 1½ inch binder and it's my "agenda notebook." In my notebook, I added one of the pencil case bags that can be hooked on the rings of a binder. I put the case in my binder and in it I put an extra pair of underpants, tampons, pantiliners, and pads. I even put a few heat cramp patches in there. When I take my binder to the bathroom, it doesn't look like I have pads and stuff in there. I'm just carrying my agenda! Julia --- Dear Julia, Thanks for the suggestion, and for being so specific. If the girls are not using notebook agendas, they can certainly use your suggestion to feel more comfortable about taking purses with them all the time. After all, they may want to comb their hair while in the bathroom! Good luck, Your BeingGirl Experts
