Sleep In A Bra?

Dear BeingGirl Experts,

I'm 15 years old and I've been wearing a bra to sleep since I started developing. My mother and some friends tell me that it's not good to sleep with a bra. Is this true?

There is no effect on your body whether you sleep with or without a bra. It is really a matter of your personal preference and what makes you comfortable.

I sleep in a bra because i live with brothers, but to me it is the most uncomfortable thing in the world!!!!! Girls, what do u think is a compromise to be comfortable?

I used to sleep in a bra but then I started to sleep without it. Now its a lot more comfortable and I can't sleep with it on now. I'm very comfortable with my body.

I get up in the middle of the night a lot, so sleeping in a brazeere (not how you spell it) is fine for me!!

I sleep in a sports bra and shorts. If I sleep in a regular bra and T-shirt, I get uncomfortable.

i always fear my breast will get smaller if i slept with a bra on but sometimes i don't know i'm sleeping with it on lol but i'm glad that it don't effect
