Dear BeingGirl Experts,

I am glad I found a site where I can ask someone like you a question. I am wondering how I can ask my mom about personal issues without feeling embarrassed. I have a few things I want to ask her about, but I don't know in which way to approach her. If you could name a few different ways, it would be very much appreciated.

Dear Worried,

Why not let mom know that you need to talk with her? Ask her to set aside some private time for the two of you. If you cannot ask to do this face-to-face, why not leave her a note or send her an email? It is really important to set up some kind of way to communicate with your mom. Maybe this is what your first "girl chat" should be about! Then you can move onto more personal topics once you have a comfortable way to communicate all set up.

I can talk to my about almost everything except sex, it's the most annoying thing ever especially since I'm not a virgin and she has NO clue. But oh well, I guess your parents don't need to know everything. #Love my Mom tho(:

/hey guys, try what I did. If you got a blood stain in your pants/panties then try balling them up and walking up to Mom, and say "Do you know how to get a blood stain out?" She'll understand ;)
