Dear BeingGirl Experts,
I don't like going to P.E. when I am on my period. What should I do?
You have to treat yourself just like any other day when you have your period. You shouldn't skip P.E. or miss any other activity when you are menstruating. Try to think more positively about how good the exercise is for you when you are menstruating. We all do things we don’t like to do. Exercise can reduce cramping and make you feel better, generally speaking. Every day you exercise is a healthy day for you! Your period is a really normal part of your life, and doesn't change your lifestyle.
