Dear BeingGirl Experts, I'm 5 3" and I weigh 156 lbs. I woke up this morning thinking I need to lose weight. I've seen movies on eating disorders, and I always thought, "Hey that will never be me," but lately I've become a vegetarian, and I exercise a lot. I have to lose weight. I was built to be thin, but I'm not. I've read information about anorexia, and it always happens to thin girls that want to be thinner but I'm not thin. So could I be in the first stage of an eating disorder? I can't talk about this with any of my family so you're all I have. Please help me. I still eat just small portions.
