You can urinate (pee) when you are wearing a tampon. Your urine comes from your urinary opening, the urethra, and tampons are worn in the vagina.

@moo:),You can not use a tampon if you are not on your period! If you are having problems with discharge,try a liner.

The string doesn't get wet if you move it out of the way. If the string does get wet, just replace it with a new tampon.

@Moo:) actually no you cant. you HAVE to be on your period to use tampons or you can increase your risk of tss... and its very uncomfortable to take out hope i helped xoxo

this was VERY helpful i wanst thinking about that untill i was talking to my friend on the phone about swimming then i was just searching random things and i saw it and then -click- it awnsered one of my questions!
