Yes, it is possible to get pregnant during your period. If you have a short menstrual cycle and a long period, becoming pregnant during your period can happen. You ovulate 14 days BEFORE the start of your next period. Ovulation is the most likely time for a woman to get pregnant. But pregnancy has been known to happen any time during the month.
